How much deposit is required to secure a booking?
A deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event. The exact deposit amount depends on your event and will be confirmed with your quote.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekends and popular dates book up first, so it's best to enquire as soon as your date is confirmed. Last-minute bookings may still be possible depending on availability.
Which areas does Chef Alpay cover?
Chef Alpay is based in Loughborough, Leicestershire, and regularly travels to Birmingham, Coventry, Nottingham, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire, as well as the surrounding areas.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Please get in touch as soon as possible if your plans change. Depending on notice given, rescheduling is usually possible; deposit refund terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes, we bring our own cooking equipment, including pots, pans and knives. We use your plates and cutlery. If you need help arranging these, we’re happy to assist—please let us know on the enquiry form.
