I’m Chef Alpay, a private chef based in Leicester with over 15 years of experience in some of the UK’s and Europe’s most exciting kitchens. My journey began in Istanbul and continued through London, where I worked at iconic venues such as Fortnum & Mason, Rosewood Hotel, Tate Modern Events, Marriott Grosvenor House, and the Royal Academy of Arts. I’ve also had the privilege of cooking for members of the Royal Family on different occasions. Today, I bring that fine-dining expertise directly to your home, holiday villa, or private event.
