We had an absolutely amazing experience with Chef Alpay. We invited him for a special family event in a rented house in Peak District. Alpay and I were talking a few days before, building a 3 course meal menu for 10 people, kids and adults. He arrived 2 hours before the dinner started, and started to prepare everything, bringing all the ingredients and equipment with him. For the first course, we had saffron and asparagus arancini, and a rolled seabass with celeriac cream. For the mains, we had tagliatelle ragu, and salmon with risotto. Finally, we had San Sebastian Cheesecake and lemon tarts for deserts. All the dishes were extremely beautifully served, and were absolutely delicious. Eventually, Alpay packed everything back, and left the kitchen clean and tidy. Alpay was also super friendly and kind, talking to us, explaining, and letting the kids see him cook.

Chef Alpay certainly made my friend’s birthday special! The food was impeccable and the courses were well-timed. I especially liked the blade of beef, which was tender and melted in the mouth. He was warm and friendly, taking the time to explain each dish and always making sure to serve the birthday girl first. Hired Alpay for his private chef services. He was friendly, communicative and very accommodating in the lead up. He also was flexible when two of the original group dropped out at the last minute. The food was stellar and portion sizes were great. 10/10 would recommend.

Chef Alpay made my partners big birthday incredibly special for her and the whole family. A comprehensive three-course dinner (complete with a selection of mouth-watering canapes prior), was so skillfully produced was nothing short of outstanding. Alpay was great. From the initial booking to the event his communication was brilliant . He took in many requests for special dietary requirements and reassured us every step of the way. His food and presentation was superb amongst the best I have ever had. If he wasn’t a chef I would hire him as a cleaner because the kitchen was spotless when he had finished.
